Imagine my surprise when I saw, in this week's Entertainment Weekly magazine, a "First Look" at Jordin Sparks in the new music video for her version of the Disney Classic "Beauty and The Beast." Sparks' version was recorded to mark the Blue-Ray release of the animated film on October 5th. Beauty and The Beast has always been one of my favorite Disney cartoon movies (if not THE favorite). The
